Since this HD Texture Pack focuses on weapons, it’s compatible with some other packs we’ve shared in the past. Still, I’m pretty sure that purists Skyrim Special Edition fans will find these AI-upscaled textures useful. What this ultimately means is that other, custom texture packs may look better/sharper/more high-res. As such, these new textures are as close to the vanilla versions as possible.Īs the modder noted, this pack is for those that prefer to stay true to the game’s vanilla art style. Then, he hand sharpened them in Photoshop using a custom sharpening method that leaves no hard edges, and saved them in BC7 file format.
Going into more details, the modder used an AI upscaler in order to overhaul the weapons textures. Moreover, this pack focuses solely on the weapons textures, and overhauls all of them.
